Your shop is empty, how do I purchase your work?

I release work in small batches so when everything is sold out it is truly is gone.  I do announce my release dates ahead of time on social media (@forestpotteryshop) and on my website.

If you are local to Northern Illinois/Southeast Wisconsin, Howl at the Moon in Elkhorn, WI carries a limited inventory of my work.

 

Can you hold something for me?

In order to keep things fair for everyone, my work is available on a first come first serve basis - this means no holds or reserves.

 

Any tips for scoring a piece?

Yes! Make an account ahead of time so your shipping and payment (optional) information is saved.  On the day of the update, login a few minutes before to verify your shipping address is correct.  Once the items are live, check out with the item you want most first and then go back for others.

 

Do you combine multiple orders?

When it is safe to do so, I will combine multiple orders and refund any shipping overages.  The safety of a piece during shipping is very important, so I may not always be able to combine multiple orders.

 

Do you take custom orders?

No, at this time I do not take custom orders; however, I do open pre-order slots from time to time that offer a small level of customization.

 

Do you do wholesale orders?

Currently, my wholesale spots are full and I am not accepting any new accounts at this time.

 

What is your shipping timeline?

All orders that are ready to ship will ship within 1 - 3 business days via USPS.  Pre Order items will include details as to when you can expect your item to ship in the listing details.  Once an item has shipped you will receive a shipping notification with tracking.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, I am only shipping domestically (United States).  When international shipping delivery times return to pre-pandemic delivery times I will resume international shipping.

 

What about returns/exchanges?

I do not offer returns or exchanges, but if you feel something isn't right, please reach out to me (click the Contact link at the top of the page) - I'm happy to talk!

Be sure to look at every listing photo and read the listing description - everything about your future piece will be included there.

 

Damages

I do my very best to package each item carefully to ensure safe travels.  Pottery is fragile and sometimes things just happen.  If your item(s) arrive broken please contact me immediately.  I must be contacted within 72 hours of delivery to receive and refund/replace.

 

Why do I see reserved listings?

Sometimes uncontrollable circumstances happen and in these instances I offer folks the opportunity to reserve a piece to replace their original item.  Thank you for understanding!

 

What about your Etsy shop?

I still have my Etsy shop where you can read reviews; however, I no longer use that as a sales platform.
